Recently, we were contacted by Skinners Brewery in Truro asking for us to attend one of there public houses in Truro, the

OLD ALE HOUSE in Quay Street to see what could be done with some of the locks on the property. We duly attended to find that some items was in poor condition due to age and others were not substantial enough for the type of job that they were to do.

We put our recommendations to Skinners and it was duly accepted. We proposed that a fire escape system be repaired as opposed to replacing and new locks installed that would be compliant to British Standards and to their insurance requirements.

The work was completed over two days due to prior commitment with the minimum of inconvenience to their customers.
