‘On discovering an elderly vulnerable client accidentally locked in her own home by one of our staff last Friday night, we called the Police and Fire Service for assistance. Unfortunately they were unable to gain access without causing damage to the property. However, Owl Locksmith and Security were called out to Truro to assist. The Company locksmith was prompt , professional, helpful and very informative. Within minutes of arriving he assessed his options , made a decision and gained access. They have under promised and over delivered. The 95 year old client was safe and well.
