( 07th February 2014 ) .. On a late Friday night in the worst torrential rain a family were unable to get into there nice warm house. After calling around and no one willing to come out and help Mr Medlin called ourselves. We responded and were with him in 40 minutes. With the multipoint lock in a really nice wooden door having failed it was not a job we were looking forward to but luckily everything went to plan and we had Mr Medlin and his wife and young children in the house and warm. Even we were surprised by how quick we managed to get the door open and with not a mark at all
